Before and after cleaning
These photos document Sanira's work in Bali. The result of your cleaning will depend on the material, existing damage and condition of the stains.
How the service works
Cleaning a mattress starts with checking its condition, not simply adding more water. Tell us about spills, lingering smells and any previous cleaning attempts.
- Send photos, mattress width and quantity, your area and preferred date.
- We confirm the cleaning scope, price and available appointment.
- The team arrives with equipment and checks the material and stains before treatment.
- Cleaning is carried out on site using a method appropriate to the assessed material.
- Allow the mattress to dry completely before using it again.
When can I use the mattress again?
Drying takes approximately 1–2 hours in good weather and may take longer when conditions are less favorable. Use the mattress only when it is completely dry.
The cleaning process is estimated at around 45 minutes per mattress, depending on size and condition. This is separate from drying time. If guests are arriving, tell us their arrival time before choosing an appointment.
A 7-day service guarantee
If part of the cleaning result needs attention within seven days, contact Sanira with photos. We provide free re-treatment under our service guarantee. Existing damage and stains that may not fully lift are discussed before work starts.

Booking questions
Do you clean one or both sides?
Both options are available at different prices. Tell us the mattress width and which sides need cleaning when requesting a quote.
Will every stain disappear?
Some old stains or material damage may remain. We assess the condition and explain likely limitations before starting, rather than guaranteeing that every mark will disappear.
Can I book before new guests arrive?
Tell us the planned arrival time before booking. Cleaning and drying take separate amounts of time, and drying depends on the weather. We will confirm availability; do not plan to use the furniture while it is still damp.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Sanira provides a 7-day service guarantee with free re-treatment for cleaning results that need attention within the guarantee period. Contact us with photos so we can review the issue. This does not promise removal of every stain or repair of existing material damage.
